I am a sustainable weight loss coach. A certified personal trainer, nutrition guide and mindset practitioner specializing in helping women (just like you) achieve long lasting sustainable weight loss results and increased confidence that you can maintain with ease.

It is my own personal journey that inspired me to create this program for you. For as many years as I could remember, I struggled with low self-esteem and low self-confidence. I even joined competitive figure competitions, striving for perfection. 

I was extreme dieting. I placed in the top 5 for my first competition but when it was over, I rebounded and gained a bunch of extra weight. So I decided to do another competition the following year, and yep...gained extra weight after that one too. 

Not only did I find myself in the dreaded yo-yo diet cycle but I also learned even with being in the best shape of my life, I wasn't anymore confident in myself. I was still picking myself apart. 

It was after the second competition that I decided to get myself to where I would like to be for myself, not how others thought I should look, not to win a prize and focused a lot on inner work so that no matter where I was on my journey, I would have the self-love, confidence and acceptance to carry myself through anything and that's what I want to help you achieve too.
